Wholesale services (Transport Index Surcharge).
VIVA XPRESS LOGISTICS (BELGIUM) ("VXL") applies a Transport Index Surcharge ("TIS") to all its transport services.
This TIS is based on the transport index (messagerie / Stukgoed) calculated and published each month by the ITLB (see www.ITLB.be- Kostprijsindex / Indice du prix de revient - Nationaal vervoer / Transport National - Stukgoed / Messagerie). As from 1 January 2024, the TIS of VXL is equal to the index of the ITLB (ie without the "VXL adjustment"). In view of the delay of the release of the index by the ITLB, the TIS applied by VXL for the month "M" is based on the index of the Month "M-1". |
